What are the payment options at Howzak House?
We accept Euro, Dollar or Iranian Rial (depending on the exchange office rate) upon your arrival.
What are the Cancellation Policies?
Cancellation of reservations must be made by email. We kindly ask you to inform us about any cancellation or itinerary change 15 days in advanced.
For pre-paid bookings, cancellations, modifications, no-show made less than 7 days prior arrival will be charged 50% of total reservation fee.
Can I eat at Howzak House?
Persian breakfast is included in the room rate. We try to vary the breakfast every day to surprise our guests!
We also cook Persian cuisine for our guests on request. Our menu includes local and several veggie-friendly dishes.
What is the time for check in and out?
Check in is at 2.00 p.m. We kindly ask for heck out by 12.00pm.
Free early check in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 2 p.m., pre-registration and payment is required.
Do you have age restriction?
We do love hosting families, and children are welcomed in the house. But if you have a child less that 5 years old, kindly write us an email to suggest you the most convenient room(s).
Can I restore my luggage in the house?
Yes, we offer free luggage storage to all our guests before check in and after check out. But make sure you left your valuable objects (laptop, money, passport, etc) in our Front Desk.
Can you help me arranging my trip through Iran?
Yes. We are happy to help you arranging your transportation tickets or any other arrangements from 11 a.m. (after the breakfast time).
How do you help me with the visa?
We can provide you an official confirmation letter for accommodation (your time stay in our house), to show at the embassy and airport to facilitate the visa procedure. Although, we are not able to provide you a registration code or an invitation letter to Iran.
Do you offer Pick-up service?
Yes. Please contact us to have more information about pick-up instruction.
Do you offer towel and toiletries?
One towel is included in the private room rate. We also provide toiletries in the common bathrooms.
Do you offer dorm space?
In some seasons, we offer our triple room as a shared room. To get more information, drop us a message.
Do you have Parking facilities?
We don’t offer private parking, but there are several parking lots on the side of the street. We have a safe neighborhood.
Is there any other rules and policies?
- For any damage caused by the Guest to the house property, the Guest is due to cover.
- Kindly inform us about an outsider visitor/friend at least 2 hours in advanced. Regarding to the small size of the house, we rather keep the privacy and quietness for the resident guests.
